Leadership
Ta'Neshia Ford is a proud graduate of Richmond Public Schools. She graduated with honors from John F. Kennedy High School, and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Virginia State University, in which she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ta'Neshia also holds a Master of Education Degree in Reading and a Post-Master's degree in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has had an extensive and successful career in Education with Richmond Public Schools, serving in serval capacities including, English Teacher, English Department Chair, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Her career also includes her service as a Literacy Coach for Virginia Commonwealth University. During her tenure there, Ta'Neshia worked extensively with the Early Reading First Literacy Grants. In 2023 she was honored as the winner of the R.E.B. Award for Educational Leadership for Richmond Public Schools.
